Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development Operations & Execution
  • Support end-to-end execution of BD initiatives, including partner onboarding, launch coordination, and ongoing relationship operations.
  • Act as the operational point of contact to coordinate between BD and internal stakeholders (Product, Engineering, Compliance, Legal, Finance).
  • Track partner deliverables, timelines, and post-launch performance metrics.
  • Partner Onboarding & Enablement
  • Coordinate onboarding processes for partners such as market makers, liquidity providers, brokers, and ecosystem collaborators.
  • Support onboarding, API access, and operational readiness in collaboration with Compliance and Engineering teams.
  • Prepare onboarding documentation, partner checklists, and internal SOPs.
  • Deal & Pipeline Management
  • Maintain and update BD pipelines, CRM systems, and deal trackers.
