Responsibilities
- Manage the day‑to‑day operations, updates, and performance of the website
- Ensure flawless execution of website updates, enhancements, and new content deployments, maintaining a focus on site stability, speed, and performance
- Lead ongoing optimization initiatives, including page speed improvements, caching strategy, media optimization, and technical SEO best practices
- Manage and configure redirects, URL structure changes, and ongoing site hygiene to maintain SEO integrity and prevent broken links
- Collaborate with Marketing, Digital, and Product teams to translate business needs into technical solutions and site enhancements
- End‑to‑end management of offshore web support agency, including project prioritization, quality control, and ensuring timely delivery of website updates and enhancements
