Position Overview

            Benefits  Basic Salary Up to $3,200 + Overtime 
Wedding & Event Styling Exposure 
Creative Floral Design & Product Development Opportunities 
 Key Responsibilities  Create and prepare floral arrangements for weddings, events, and daily orders 
Conceptualise floral designs based on client requirements and themes 
Manage floral inventory and coordinate purchases 
Guide and support junior florists in daily operations 
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfilment 
Assist with onsite floral setup, installations, and maintenance 
 Requirements  Minimum 2 years of floristry experience 
Experience in wedding and event floristry preferred 
Strong floral design and colour coordination skills 
Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
