**Job Description**
This role focuses on MIG and TIG welding for custom metal fabrication projects in a dynamic job shop environment. You will interpret blueprints, prepare and fit materials, perform high-quality welds, and support related fabrication activities while maintaining strict safety and quality standards.
**Responsibilities**
Perform MIG welding as the primary welding process on custom metal fabrication projects.
Perform TIG welding on materials ranging from 11 gauge to 22 gauge with attention to precision and quality.
Interpret and work from blueprints, drawings, and written work instructions to complete fabrication tasks accurately.
Cut, fit, and prepare materials for fabrication and assembly using appropriate tools and methods.
Operate spot welding equipment as required for specific projects.
Inspect completed welds to ensure they meet quality standards, specifications, and dimensional requirements.
