Pay: $24–$32 per hour (based on experience)

Shift: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday–Friday (occasional Saturdays)

**Job Overview**

We are seeking a skilled Structural Steel Welder to join our fabrication team in Cocoa, FL. In this role, you will produce high‑quality, code‑compliant structural steel components for large‑scale construction projects. This position is ideal for welders who take pride in craftsmanship, safety, and precision.

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Review fabrication drawings, work orders, weld symbols, and welding procedures before starting work
+ Set up welding equipment and verify materials, joint fit‑up, and alignment
+ Perform structural welds on carbon steel using Flux‑Cored (FCAW) processes
+ Weld in multiple positions (flat, horizontal, vertical, overhead)
+ Control weld penetration, bead profile, and heat input to prevent distortion
