**Job Description**
The Welder will perform high-quality welding to precise tolerances in a production environment. You will receive training on specific processes and standards, but you are expected to work independently, read and follow blueprints, and support fabrication and assembly work as needed.

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform MIG and TIG welding on various materials, including stainless steel, to meet specific tolerances and quality standards.
+ Interpret and work from blueprints, drawings, and specifications to complete welding and fabrication tasks accurately.
+ Set up welding equipment and tools correctly for each job, ensuring proper settings for materials and weld types.
+ Fabricate, fit, and assemble components and structures according to production requirements.
