First: 5am - 3:30pm Monday - Friday
Work under the direction of a Supervisor to weld parts together with various methods, best suited for each job.
Welder functions include but are not limited to any and/or all of the following, depending on experience.
PRIMARY FUNCTIONS:
Read blueprints/specifications. Adjust machine heat settings for material and thickness. Determine proper weld filler rod, or wire diameter. Mig weld per process. Tig weld per process. Continually check parts with hand tools and weld fixture for cosmetic appearance of weld. Make weld fixtures for new parts, prototypes. SECONDARY FUNCTIONS:
