Responsibilities

• Perform MIG and stick welding of various metals according to engineering drawings and specifications.
• Position, fit, align, and weld products based on detailed blueprints and work instructions.
• Fit and grind manufactured parts, using appropriate grinding tools and quality instruments to ensure accuracy and adherence to tolerances.
• Primarily perform horizontal MIG welding, with occasional TIG or stick welding as required for specific items.
• Utilize blueprints to identify and fit components, including measuring and cutting materials when needed.
• Use tape measures, gauges, and other measuring tools to verify dimensions and ensure correct fit-up prior to welding.
