**🕒 Shifts: 1st Shift (5:30 AM – 4:00 PM) | 2nd Shift (4:00 PM – 2:30 AM)**

**💰 Pay: 28-33**

**About the Role**

We are seeking a **skilled Structural Welder** specializing in **Flux Core MIG welding (FCAW)** to support fabrication of **bridge components up to 1/2 thick** . This is a hands-on role where you’ll work directly from blueprints, perform layout and full fabrication, and operate a variety of shop equipment.

This position is ideal for welders who take initiative and want to **grow into a Lead Welder role** , with opportunities for advancement based on performance and skill development.
