**Job Description**
This role focuses on performing high-quality welding on structural and pressure components using multiple welding processes in a busy steel fabrication environment. You will review weld procedures and blueprints, set up and operate various welding equipment, and ensure that all work meets established quality and safety standards while contributing to a clean, organized, and productive workspace.

**Responsibilities**

+ Review weld procedures, job travelers, and prints before starting each job to understand specifications and requirements.
+ Set up and operate welding equipment for Gas Metal Arc Welding (GMAW), Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW), and TIG Welding (GTAW).
+ Perform welding on structural and pressure components in accordance with applicable procedures, codes, and specifications.
