**Job Description**

This role involves performing high-quality MIG and TIG welding on various materials by reading and interpreting blueprints and machine drawings, setting up workpieces accurately, and producing precise welds in multiple positions. You will contribute to the fabrication and repair of parts and assemblies while maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient work area in a large, well-organized production environment.

**Responsibilities**

+ Read and interpret blueprints and machine drawings to determine specific welding requirements and ensure accurate fabrication.
+ Manually guide the electrode or welding gun along the weld line, maintaining proper arc length and travel speed to achieve the required depth of fusion and bead quality.
