Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Operational Management & Fabrication Oversight

· Manage all welding and fabrication operations for subsea and surface equipment in accordance with company procedures and client specifications.

· Oversee daily workshop activities including welding, cutting, fitting, and fabrication of structures and assemblies.

· Review and approve fabrication drawings and ensure production aligns with engineering requirements.

· Develop work schedules, allocate manpower, and coordinate with Planning and Production to meet project delivery dates.

· Monitor work progress and resolve any technical or resource issues to maintain smooth workflow.

· Ensure all welding operations comply with applicable standards (AWS D1.1, ASME, API, ISO, etc.).
