Key Responsibilities
- NDT Coordination
- Witness and validate NDT activities such as RT, UT, MT, and PT.
- Review NDT reports and ensure acceptance criteria compliance.
- Documentation & Reporting
- Review and endorse QA/QC documentation including:
- Welding procedures (WPS/PQR)
- Inspection reports
- Material traceability records
- Prepare daily/weekly inspection reports and submit to client/TPI agency.
