The role acts as a bridge between management and workforce, driving welfare initiatives, grievance redressal, and statutory adherence in line with labour laws and Adani Group standards.

Key Responsibility
Develop and execute welfare Process and programs to promote employee well-being and satisfaction
Conduct regular assessments of employee needs and welfare concerns
Ensuring the proper distribution of the uniform and welfare items
Ensuring various sports activities and other recreation activities from time to time
Ensuring the welfare benefits of the various govt scheme are extended to the beneficiaries.
