Position Overview
Summary
Assists with the creation of well-being goals and objectives. Partners with coaches, internal health system partners and/or companies/organizations to design, manage, refine and evaluate strategic health & well-being strategies. Identifies and develops opportunities to weave well-being into companies’ and/or communities’ underlying cultures. Researches industry trends and assesses new and current wellness programming. Facilitates and leads well-being committee meetings. Provides timely, accurate and meaningful status reports, data analysis and executive summaries regarding program initiatives and participation in existing programs. Compiles an annual, comprehensive well-being report and makes recommendations for fostering continual improvement.
Education
Must have a Bachelor's degree in the area of Health Education, Exercise Physiology, Public Health, Nursing, Dietary or a related field.
