Position Overview

WELL Health – Fraser Medical Clinic is looking for Family Physicians to join our practice in Vancouver, BC. This is a long‑term (>8 weeks) urban locum position with proposed dates from Jun 9, 2025 to Dec 31, 2027. The role may be full‑time or part‑time and will involve full‑scope family practice with an optional small walk‑in component.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive family care to patients.
• Work flexible hours, creating your own schedule as needed.
• Participate in virtual and telehealth services.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and support transition processes.

Practice Details

• Shared access to 2 exam rooms during shifts; clinic has 9 exam rooms.
• Shared office space.
• Profile EMR system; no paper charts.
