The Well Site Leader Completion & Well Intervention is responsible to plan, coordinate, supervise, and execute the well operations program. They provide clear leadership in every aspect of HSE protection, ensuring safe working practices are used at the well site. They further ensure that well operations are conducted safely, in accordance with the approved well operations program, and in compliance with the applicable policies/standards/procedures and the regulatory requirements within allocated time/costs with optimal use of resources.

• Organize and lead brief and debrief safety and operations meetings that are related to well operations.
• Lead daily planning meetings and discuss operations with customer representatives, contractors, PL, and third‑party supervisors.
