About the Role

The Wellbeing and Activities Coordinator is responsible for the planning, coordination, and delivery of a comprehensive wellbeing and activities programme within the care home. The role ensures residents have access to meaningful, person-centred activities that promote social engagement, physical and mental wellbeing, and overall quality of life.
