• Guest Experience & Instruction
  • Conduct group and individual wellness sessions, including yoga, meditation, Pilates, stretching, breathwork or mindfulness practices.
  • Provide lifestyle and wellness guidance tailored to guests’ needs, helping them achieve balance, relaxation and vitality.
  • Create a warm and motivating atmosphere that encourages participation across different fitness and experience levels.
  • Educate guests on holistic well‑being practices that can extend beyond their stay.
• Program Development
  • Design a diverse calendar of wellness activities that aligns with guest profiles, brand positioning and seasonal events.
  • Collaborate with Spa, Fitness and Entertainment teams to deliver integrated wellness and lifestyle offerings.
  • Develop signature programs, retreats or themed events to support the resort’s wellness positioning.
