• Experience: Relevant experience in Wellness, Counselling, Psychology, Trust & Safety, Content Moderation, or Employee Well-being Programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and drive the site Wellness Program while ensuring compliance with organizational wellness standards.
• Manage and mentor third-party counsellors to deliver high-quality employee support.
• Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders to enhance wellness initiatives.
• Conduct wellness audits, maintain reports, and analyze program effectiveness through data-driven insights.
• Present wellness metrics in MBR, QBR, and HBR meetings.
• Oversee client and internal reporting requirements.
