**Job Highlights:**

This is a **PRN Wellness Screener** position with variable hours based on business needs. Team members can expect to work approximately **20–40 hours per year** .

There is **no set schedule** , and hours will vary depending on screening events and clinic needs. **Occasional weekend availability is required.**

**Required Qualifications:**

+ Previous **phlebotomy experience**
+ Ability to perform blood draws with confidence and accuracy
+ Comfortable administering injections
+ Experience collecting laboratory specimens and supporting occupational health or wellness screening services preferred
+ Strong customer service and communication skills
+ Ability to work independently in a variety of settings
