Position Overview

Factory Service & Parts Representative Tasks
  • Strategic development of dealers in the aftersales area within the assigned territory
  • Technical support for our dealers and customers – by phone, email, and directly on site
  • Regular visits to dealers and customers for support
  • Analysis, documentation, and handling of field failure cases
  • Processing of warranty and goodwill claims
  • Conducting technical training sessions and providing support through initial on-site assignments at customer locations

    • Profile

  • German or English language skills at B2 level
  • Yrkeshögskole degree or Bachelor of Engineering (Högskoleingenjör)
  • Strong practical experience in agricultural engineering
  • Ideally, knowledge of grassland and/or forage harvesting technology
  • Preferred place of residence: Southern Sweden
  • Proficiency in PC applications, especially MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
