As our SEA Wet Product Development Technologist, your key responsibilities will include:
Lead R&D for innovation and renovation projects – Develop wet pet food products that delight pets and meet consumer needs
Ensure compliance and consistency – Deliver products that meet Mars’ quality, safety, and nutritional standards
Execute product development – Drive projects from kitchen prototypes to industrial scale-up and successful launch
