Position Overview

About the role

In this role, you will work alongside our local Financial Mentor as well as connect with our wider multi-disciplinary Family Works team across the Otago region to provide effective, quality social work services to clients and the community.


Hours: This is a permanent part-time position, working 20 hours per week.




About You


We would love you to:

  • Understand the social and economic complexities that exist in the community.
  • Have highly developed interpersonal skills, including relationship skills and advocacy skills.
  • Be able to work independently but also as part of a dynamic multi-agency team.
  • Experience working within the social, health or justice sectors is of benefit
