Overview

Warehouse Analyst role focused on accuracy of pallet inventory at the Distribution Center. The role reports directly to the Head of the warehouse at the distribution center in Tultitlán.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile incoming and outgoing accessory vouchers/records.
• Monitor and follow up the accessories budget.
• Manage the procurement, replacement, and maintenance of pallets.
• Train personnel on the proper use of accessories.
• Control and manage the national pallet inventory (operate from the Distribution Center; occasional travel may be required, generally once a year, to both distribution centers and manufacturing plants).
• Prepare and manage reports.

Qualifications

• Completed or partially completed Bachelor's degree, or Technical Degree.
• Previous experience preferred; training available.
• Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and Macros.
