Responsibilities

• Performing Wheel Alignments: Utilizing computerized alignment equipment and other tools to adjust wheel angles to manufacturer specifications.
• Inspecting and Diagnosing: Examining suspension and steering systems for wear, damage, or misalignment issues.
• Testing and Adjusting: Test-driving vehicles and making necessary adjustments to suspension and steering components.
• Documenting Services: Recording all services performed and findings for accurate record-keeping.
• Communicating with Customers: Explaining alignment issues and recommended repairs to customers.
• Tire Services: May include tire rotation, balancing, and mounting/dismounting.
