**Key Responsibilities:**

+ Analyze and report on program performance, including parts sales, market share, discounts, rebates, and wholesale growth initiatives.
+ Support regional teams, dealers, and partners to promote increased parts sales.
+ Complete the PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) cycle for ongoing initiatives and provide actionable recommendations.
+ Collaborate cross-functionally (Legal, Brand, other departments) to ensure compliance of wholesale programs.
