Profill Solutions is a rapidly expanding 3PL specializing in corporate merchandise programs, eCommerce fulfillment, and high volume distribution for some of the nation’s leading brands.

We are seeking a hands-on Wholesale Outbound Supervisor for our 2nd Shift to lead day-to-day wholesale fulfillment execution on the floor, ensuring customer routing guide compliance, accurate order processing, and on-time performance against service level agreements (SLAs). This role supervises outbound associates and coordinates picking, packing, staging, and shipping activity to meet daily throughput and quality targets while maintaining a safe, organized operation.

The Wholesale Outbound Supervisor will work closely with the Wholesale Operations Manager, Inventory Control, Shipping/Transportation, and Quality Control to ensure wholesale orders are executed correctly, documented accurately, and shipped on time. <...
