Introduction
The Wildfire Superintendent is a senior management position responsible for directing and overseeing the delivery of complex wildfire management programs within the Northern Fire Region. Duties
Reporting to the Executive Director of the Wildfire Service, the Wildfire Superintendent – Northern Region provides leadership and oversight in development, coordination, and evaluation of wildfire policies, directives, programs and budgets. The Superintendent directs and manages staff and operations across the region, under the direction of the Executive Director and in close collaboration with other Superintendents and the Provincial Fire Centre.
