The Technical support Specialist Electrics Provide technical expertise and support, assisting on-site or remotely to field technicians with installations, maintenance, upgrades, and repairs for the wind turbine’s electrical system
Your Tasks

• Diagnose, troubleshooting, and resolving technical/service issues, developing and documenting technical solutions in Incident and communication of the measures to the respective requestors
• Create knowledge articles and troubleshooting guidelines
• Identify clusters and prepare issues for product failure analysis and align with relevant stakeholders (ENG, TPM and TM), regional claim handler
• Responsible for delivery of training on company products, processes and technologies to ensure that participants develop, maintain, and increase their own technical and/or process knowledge. Select appropriate training aids ensuring participants comply with occupational health & safety r...
