Sparkle Squad is a Roslindale-based window and exterior cleaning company serving Greater Boston. We're a small, tight-knit crew and we care about our work, our customers, and each other.



This is a full-time seasonal opportunity. Typical workload is 30–40 hours per week, and overtime potential during peak season. 



Window cleaning experience is preferred, though this role is also a great fit for people with experience in:

• Roofing


• Painting


• Pressure washing 


• Solar panel or gutter installing
