Job Description1. Responsible for system integration, debugging, and performance optimization of Windows platforms on SoC hardware architectures.
2. Collaborate with hardware, firmware, and software teams to analyze and resolve system-level issues, such as boot failures, driver anomalies, and performance bottlenecks.
3. Utilize various debugging tools (e.g., WinDbg, JTAG, Serial Debugger, Logic Analyzer) to identify issues and perform root cause analysis.
4. Prepare detailed debug reports and provide recommendations for improvements to accelerate product iteration and optimization.
5. Participate in New Product Introduction (NPI) processes, assisting with design verification and pre-production system stability testing.
6. Track and analyze system issues reported by customers, providing technical support and effective solutions.
7. Participate in system integration and debugging projects for mass-production products.
