+ HashiCorp Packer OSS
+ Windows Golden Image Expertise (Windows Server, Sysprep, enterprise hardening)
+ Active Directory / Windows Domain Integration (Domain join, GPOs, service accounts)
+ ServiceNow Integration with CI/CD (Automated change/request workflows via GitHub Actions or APIs)
