Position Overview
Position Responsibilities:
+ Responsible for providing day to day leadership, development, engagement, and supervision to assigned sales personnel
+ Responsible for achieving goals related to sales, displays, shelf position, and pricing
+ Foster communication and collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders to support sales efforts and ensure alignment with company goals within an assigned territory
+ Assist sales account managers with setting account-specific objectives, managing follow-up and tracking performance through KPIs and performance metrics
+ Other projects or duties as assigned
Required Education and Experience:
+ Bachelor's Degree with 4 to 6 years of related experience and 0 to 1 plus years of leadership experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 7 to 9 plus years of specific experience and 2 to 3 plus years of leadership experience
