Responsibilities
Invigilators will supervise the writing of tests and exams for the general TMU student population.
Invigilator Responsibilities include:
Conferring with the Supervising Instructor; attending mandatory training provided by the Supervising Instructor.Performing invigilation duties for mid-term as required.Being available up to 30 minutes before the exam and 30 minutes following the exam to assist the Professor as necessaryMaintaining academic integrity by strictly adhering to the University’s regulations, policies, and procedures regarding tests/exams;Maintaining confidentiality of student and test/exam information; Setting up exam rooms and keeping test/exam rooms organized;Documenting any incidents during tests/exam and reporting incidents to faculty/contract lecturerPreparing completed exams for pick-up/delivery;Any other duties assigned.Requ...
