Wire Room EDM Operator

Job Summary:

Responsible for setting up, operating and adjusting various types of Wire CNC EDM machines and EDM Hole Drilling Machines.

Job Duties:

• Setups and operates Wire EDM and EDM Hole Drilling machines.
• Produce parts per prints and supplied specifications.
• Verifies parts meet extremely close tolerance dimensions, alignments, clearance and specifications.
• Utilizes micrometers, calipers, gauges and inspect work against prints and/or CAD model.
• Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
