Responsibilities

• An experienced Wireless L3 Support Engineer to join our team. This individual will be responsible for overseeing upgrade projects for the main operators in Spain, ensuring stable network operation, handling technical problems of a product, using tools to regularly check and maintain networks and ensuring their stability by following relevant processes and guides. They will contribute to customer network assurance, complete preventive maintenance inspection and problem handling as specified in the customer’s SLA, provide related reports and onsite training, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• L3 Wireless Network Support Engineer (2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G) for major operators in Spain.
• Responsible for BTS and OSS upgrade projects.
• Support during key events such as the Mobile World Congress, Holy Week, or Christmas.
