We are seeking an experienced telecom professional with a strong background in wireless broadband operations, network monitoring, and incident management to join our growing operations team as a A1 Telecom Network Operations Engineer .

What You’ll Do

• Monitor telecom network performance, alarms, and incidents
• Perform first‑level troubleshooting, issue isolation, resolution, and escalation
• Handle service requests and incident tickets within SLA targets
• Coordinate with NOC teams, field engineers, and vendors for issue resolution
• Support root cause analysis and continuous service improvement initiatives
• Follow ITIL‑based incident and service management processes
