SEGULA Technologies is seeking a Wiring Harness Engineering Specialist for the Warranty Acceleration Team to rapidly identify, investigate, and resolve customer warranty issues affecting electrical distribution systems across North America.

You will lead technical investigations from initial warranty claim analysis through RCA, ICA, and PCA implementation while collaborating with plants, suppliers, and cross-functional teams to accelerate issue resolution and improve customer satisfaction.
