We are seeking an experienced Design & Release (D&R) Engineer to join our team in Toluca. In this hybrid role, you will take ownership of the design, development, validation, and release of Electrical Distribution Systems (EDS) and wiring harness assemblies from concept through production launch. You will act as the technical liaison between product engineering, manufacturing plants, and Tier-1 suppliers, ensuring that all wiring components meet rigorous functional, packaging, quality, and cost requirements. Key Responsibilities Design & Development: Lead the 2D schematic creation and 3D routing for vehicle wiring harnesses, connectors, terminals, and power distribution components.
