As a Workday Absence and Time Tracking Consultant, you will be part of a team of advisory professionals who deliver integrated, cloud‑based HR solutions that accelerate organizational performance.

Responsibilities

• Advising clients on industry standards and leading practices in the Absence and Time Tracking modules.
• Contributing to a functional solution that meets client needs and objectives.
• Applying Workday and Accenture methodologies in everything you do.
• Hosting workshops and leading discussions on topics in line with your expertise in Absence Management and Time Tracking.
• Independently leading your workstream and reporting workstream(s) progress.
• Liaising closely with client counterparts, external vendors, Accenture colleagues and Workday to achieve a robust solution.
