**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled Workday Functional Analyst / Workday Consultant (2 - 8 years' relevant experience) to support and enhance our in-house Workday HCM application. The role involves managing day-to-day production support activities, resolving tickets, and ensuring smooth system operations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

+ Provide end-to-end production support for Workday HCM modules.
+ Handle and resolve day-to-day support tickets, incidents, and service requests within SLA timelines.
+ Troubleshoot system issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement solutions.
+ Support business users with functional queries and system navigation.
