Your future duties and responsibilities:

Roles & Responsibilities – Workday Benefits Consultant
Configure and maintain Workday Benefits modules, including eligibility rules, benefit plans, enrollments, life events, and carrier feeds.
Provide day-to-day support for Benefits administration activities and resolve issues related to enrollments, retroactive changes, and life event processing.
Manage and support Workday HCM Business Processes and Security configurations.
Execute and validate EIB loads for employee and benefits-related data updates, ranging from simple to complex scenarios.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and coordinate resolution of integrations with benefits carriers and third-party vendors.
