β’ Create/Update Merit, Bonus, Stock Plans, and Compensation Matrix and Grids based on the business needs.
β’ Create/Update Core Compensation Plans, Grades, Grade Profiles based on business needs.
β’ Configuring Compensation related Business Processes.
β’ Configuring compensation plans, merit business process with shared participation grid
β’ Update employee compensation data through EIB loads.
β’ Ability to understand and identify business needs and translate them into a technical solution.
β’ Ability to analyze and resolve user concerns and educate users on resolutions.
β’ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
