The Opportunity:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Workday professional to join a leading global professional services organisation.

The position would suit someone who enjoys balancing operational support with project-based work and who is comfortable engaging with a range of business stakeholders within a complex environment.

The Role:

• Lead the design, configuration, and optimisation of the Workday platform, with a primary focus on Core HCM
• Own and maintain Workday configuration, ensuring solutions are scalable, effective, and aligned to business requirements
• Drive enhancement initiatives focused on process improvement, automation, reporting, and user experience
• Partner with HR, technology, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver impactful Workday solutions
