Position Overview
β’ Five years or more of Experience supporting an HRIS from within an HR department
β’ Experience with reporting applications, developing, creating, and responding to report request is required
β’ ADP Workforce Now and Workday experience a plus
β’ Experience with Workday Security/Reporting/Business Process configuration a plus
β’ Experience with organizing project tasks is preferred. PMP certification a plus
β’ Experience with HRIS integrations desired
β’ Experience with system implementation and testing
β’ Understanding of HR programs and policies along with a commitment to HR principles of confidentiality required data analysis and report building skills is essential
β’ Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through ability
β’ Exhibits sound judgment asks smart questions, and has a curious nature
