Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and support Workday integrations using Studio, EIB, PECI, WECI, and RaaS.
• Lead end-to-end integration delivery, ensuring scalability, security, and compliance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, implementing robust monitoring and error handling.
• Collaborate with business and functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Manage integration security, reporting, access controls, and governance standards.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce development best practices.
• Provide technical leadership, mentor team members, and support capability development.
• Prepare technical documentation and communicate integration designs, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders.
