β’ Creation of training materials, such as PowerPoint presentations, instructional documents, recorded video demonstration, and email communications
β’ Attendance of meetings as a representative of the OCM team
β’ Tracking and maintenance of OCM work tickets in JIRA project management software
β’ Collaboration with OCM Lead on the scheduling and completion of requirements gathering, training, and communication tasks
β’ Assistance with the Development of Change Leader network and Super Users of the Workday system
β’ Liaising with business stakeholders to provide project updates, facilitate demos, or identify areas that require further training
β’ Support of OCM efforts to monitor and document business readiness, identifying risks and developing mitigation strategies to ensure adherence to the project timeline
