Perform requirement gathering, functional and technical design, development, testing, deployment.
Build, quality assure and maintain HR system functionality to meet business requirements, which includes configuration of Workday and other systems integration.
Create functional and technical systems documentation.
Work cross‑functionally to understand issues/deficiencies in existing processes, design innovative integration solutions, execute implementation in Workday, and ensure requirements are met while maintaining data integrity and security.
Create report and dashboard solutions within Workday and partner with HR and key stakeholders to optimize existing reports.
Job Requirement
Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields like IT, Human Resources or closely related field.
Minimum of 2-3 years' experience of Workday Implementation experience preferably with an implementation partner.
