Description

The Workday Technical Specialist assists and provides support for Workday production. Responsible for helping set strategy and execute security, integrations, and analytics. Performs duties in a hands-on role by serving as a lead in consulting with vendors to gather requirements, troubleshoot system issues, and perform ongoing configuration/development of the systems. Serves in a lead role and delivers discrete projects within the systems group, which will sometimes involve managing resources from other groups within PSC or outside consultants. Maintains accountability for Analytics Solutions, Data Management, Integrations, and Security. Creates advanced reports, dashboards, and analytics. Evaluates and coordinates the technical impacts of Workday configuration decisions and communicates the impact on business processes with decision makers.
